Double-direction installation: The filter’s unique design allows the cartridge to be installed in two different directions (positive and negative). If you have low water pressure this is the fix to your problem. If you have decent water pressure you will want to put the extra piece in the shower head to make the water less forceful. I love it!! If I want a quick shower take the piece out for higher pressure and if I want the perfect shower, put the piece back in it (a circular rubber valve that sits in the top of shower head) and my water has no smell to it now!

Okay high pressure shower head, but the hose is bad
The shower head’s pressure is really high, I actually have to use the included valve to reduce the pressure. Material seems high quality, I’m not sure the filter does anything significant to the water though. I’ve been using for a couple weeks, but I haven’t noticed any difference.
The hose didn’t fit our water pipe, as it was just slightly too small. This was frustrating, if you purchase this product, don’t buy the model with the hose…

The filtration really works and I could tell from day one that my skin and hair were not as dry from chlorine and hard water. And the shower head is poerful, it’s wonderful water pressure now. It’s easy to by replacement filters as well, which is important with this kind of product. So all in all, an excellent purchase! Very happy with it.

Customer service was great in issuing a refund promptly. It was my understanding that when softening water, the way to measure this is through ppm. This product does NOT lower total dissolved solids or ppm (confirmed by the company). So it’s a nice showerhead but did not to what it was advertised or what we were looking for!

Water leak
Water leaks from the root of the shower. It may be because there is no packing, but because the fastener is round, it is also difficult to tighten with a wrench.

Great shower head for the price.
This product works great when the filter is new. The filter, however, constricts water flow after only about 2 months. This may be that it is filtering so well, that its capturing alot of the particles in my water. When the filter was replaced, it worked like the day it was installed.

Faulty instillation
The product looked well made out of the box. The shower handle was light weight and the shower hose was stainless steel as described on the box. I put the item together and installed it as per the enclosed instructions. I turned on the water and it leaked from the shower head and cradle connection. I used plummers tape and tightened the shower head connection with a wrench. It appears that the connection did not seal properly, so I tightened down. The water came out in drips, however after a few family showers, the leak became worse. I cannot give this product a good review based on the faulty instillation. I plan on contacting the seller for a return and refund.

So far, so good! Great pressure
So far, this is working great. Easy to install and the pressure without the water saver is a dream. We purchased this because the hard water in our new house is causing my hair to be unruly. After one wash, my hair has improved. The only piece of negative feedback I have is the holder angles the water stream too far forward but I am ok with that for now.

Great water flow
Hangs a bit high in our shower. Have to rig a chrome extension to get it lower on the shower wall. Normal spray is over my wife’s head. But it is removable so workable and a project to take up. She also wants adjustable flow; this isn’t the shower head for that. You get needle shower and like it – which I do. Maybe I can rigs two shower heads…
